Right after I accepted the proposal and retainer fee paid, the permit was pulled the next day and someone at my property 317 E 141 street Bronx to start the job. Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

Ceriello did a bunch of odds and ends in a 19th century townhouse in Brooklyn. Add a circuit here, install an outdoor light there, fix an outlet, install a ground,... It was a bunch of work over 2 full days. It was done competently, quickly, with great communication. I'm looking forward to calling them again when I need electrical work done.

We had a funky wiring situation in a bathroom and wanted to install a new smart switch (humidity sensing fan switch) or at least find out if it was possible. I called the electrician near me, and he was punctual and patient and helped clean up the switch box. In the end, because of the old wiring in this old house, we weren’t able to connect the smart switch and installed a traditional timer switch for the fan. In the end, we were very pleased with the service provided, and the rate was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort this took. Would definitely hire again.

These guys did an excellent job installing my hot water tank a few years ago. Recently I had a problem with it not heating. I called them and they were out here quickly. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner.
