Over the New Year weekend late at night, we got hit with a double issue. One was an outdated faulty circuit panel and breakers which tripped and the other was the central heater circuit board getting fried causing an electrical fire sending smoke and burning metal smell throughout the house via the air ducts. We called 911 and the firemen shut the main advising to call a licensed electrician to investigate the issue and perform the necessary repair work. Here we are on New Year’s weekend, with no power with our insulin in the fridge desperately trying to keep it cool so it does not go bad. If it did, we would have had a larger issue to deal with.
We called several electricians that night advertising emergency 24/7 services and each one said they cannot make it to us due to the holiday or it went to an operator who took down our information and offered to call us back when they located someone who can help. When we called YT Electrical Services, the owner picked up right away. We explained the situation and advised that we are diabetics and have insulin in the fridge that needs to stay cold. YT promised to send someone out to us first thing in the morning and true to his word, sent Ramon who stabilized our power and identified the source of the problem. He worked several hours and both he and YT stayed in contact with us explaining everything each step of the way.
Even though they stabilized us, we still needed to upgrade the circuit panel and breakers to a new one to prevent another issue from happening down the road. YT offered to assist with that and provided us options. YT personally came to our house that day to inspect the work and to discuss next steps. He then performed an act of kindness that we didn’t expect. YT took out his wallet and offered to pay for whatever we needed to secure our insulin, so it does not spoil. This one act of kindness brought the human factor into equation and made us feel valued and appreciated. Combined with the excellent service provided so far, we agreed to give him the business of upgrading our electrical panned to a brand new one. Same day, Ramon came back with all the supplies and began working all through the day into the late hours. By the end of the day, everything was completed.
This was our New Years’ experience and thankful we found YT Electrical Services. We recommend their services 100%. Hope this helps you in your search for a top tier electrician.

Mr. Jones was very professional & repaired all light fixtures in my home (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom). My home has great lighting now and looks very modern due to the suggested LED lights he installed. It also burns less current so my light bill has significantly decreased over the past few months and there’s no doubt in my mind that it was due to all of the work done and advice given by the electrician. He also has a lot of connections and networks as well because he was able to assist me with some other great workers to take care of other things I needed done in my home that was out of his expertise.

I would use him again if necessary and have already recommended him to others whom too have been pleased with his level of work.

Haris is absolutely fabulous! He installed three chandeliers - each was difficult and heavy but was no problem for Haris. He came early and didn’t leave until everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend!!

We had two circuit breakers go out on a Saturday, of all days. I decided to try Wise Owl Electricians after reading their online ratings and seeing that they were available on Saturday. I was not dissatisfied. Devon arrived swiftly, diagnosed the issue, and got us back up and running in no time. Both his work and his rates were superb. Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

The electricians were experts and quite reliable licensed electricians near me. I contacted them to add a transfer switch for my generator. The job turned out perfectly and worked properly. I'm gonna use them again definitely for any of my tech-related work. Great service!!!
