I moved into a fixer upper co-op in December and it took me all the way until August to find an electrician worthwhile.
I had a lot of things that needed to be done and had to find someone that fit into the strict criteria of the co-op board within my budget.
Randy and LED were able to complete the job within 2 days and were very flexible. They were able to figure out problems that arose during the job because the building is old., and fix it within our budget of our initial estimate..
I have done the hard work for future customers, by venting LED electricians and having them pass supremely and doing an excellent job. LED prices are much better than most of the electricians I interviewed. Randy and Deron are also very considerate respectful and really nice guys. Thanks for the excellent job. I don’t live in queens anymore however my mom still does in an apartment in a house we own in Astoria, My mom who's 95 called and said she heard “crackling“ and smelled something like rubber melting near an outlet were a power strip was plugged into. We went on-line and found DAVEN electric and contacted them, when we spoke with Jen I explained the matter and the fact that my mom is getting up in age and can be a bit nervous. Jen transferred me to the owner Dave whom whilst I was on the phone with him called one of his field Staff and instructed him to get right over to my mom, found the issue and correct it. Mike from DAVEN arrived in 40 minutes, found and corrected the matter and made my mom feel at ease, I CANT TELL HOW CRUCIAL making my mom feel at ease is !!!. THANK YOU ALL AT DAVEN, what a class act DAVEN ELECTRIC IS.

Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

Extremely overpriced! The electricians that arrived at my house spent a day and half just installing one outside light and wire. They talked more than they actually worked. A service call that could have been completed in two days or less with two electricians took 3 days.

Mike was professional, communicative and did a great job! I have had many electricians and I must say he has been the best by far! Mike came when he said he would, charges were reasonable and what he quoted and all around a nice, respectful guy. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Mike for all your help!

This is very easy to work with a team! We planned the work out via text and email, they updated quotes quickly, and the job was done up to code. The electrician near me was patient and helpful in organizing the job. He was professional and did a very clean install. Looking forward to using them again!
