I live in queens and I needed power for a mini-split system being installed by and Hvac contractor in my 2 family home, I found DAVEN ELECTRIC on google and gave them a call, the office manager handled my call like a human being not a robot salesperson. The field superintendent came over to the house to survey the job for pricing and within 3 hours I had a price and it was fair. Two days later the installation was completed with no surprises and clean workmanship to boot. My wife and I are extremely happy and only regret is that DAVEN ELECTRIC just does electric, we wish they did everything it would make life easier. We had two circuit breakers go out on a Saturday, of all days. I decided to try Wise Owl Electricians after reading their online ratings and seeing that they were available on Saturday. I had lost power on the main floor of my house. I called Mangi Electrical corp. two men were sent to my residence. They were there two hours and couldn’t locate the problem. A third man was sent to rectify the problem. Another two hours passed and the problem still couldn’t be identified. Four hours at $100 per hour and there was still no power and I still had to pay them. I ended up calling another electrical company and in ONE hour the one electrician was able to locate the problem that the THREE from Mangi Electrical couldn’t.

I have used the company twice in the past year. Both electricians in Brooklyn, NY, that came out were courteous, listened to my concerns and problems, and made repairs quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up afterward and double-checked all of the work to make sure the issue was resolved. Will definitely use them again in the future.
