When complete, the work required was less than the bid and Tony adjusted the price down. Fair, quick, high quality - what else does one expect. Rarely have I worked with an electrician who was as responsive and prompt as Asset Electric. He offered options on how to get the work done most efficiently, and even called after the job was done to make sure things were working properly. There are a couple of other electric projects I’ve been putting off for a while because I’ve had trouble finding a reliable electrician, I’m definitely going to get them done now.

Having known David Lavender for a number of years, I asked the Daven team to take over a project from a previous electrical firm. From their initial dealings with the DOB Electrical Division to arranging and attending inspections, then getting the necessary sign-offs, they were diligent and responsive throughout the process. Their analysis of the existing conditions as well as their knowledge of and adherence to the correct electrical codes made working with them stress-free. Administratively, the paperwork, insurance requirements and documentation was clear and whenever a conversation was needed, always available to clarify any details in question.
Even during this Covid-19 period, the site specific work at the operating Tenant space was well coordinated, tidy and efficiently staged so as not to interrupt any daily business.

I had quite a remodeling job for them. Added two ceiling fans, replaced two outdoor light fixtures with ceiling fans, moved and replaced about 9 sockets, removed light fixtures, replaced switches, and rewired the porch. They did everything in 2 days and did amazing work! very efficiently completed the work and were timely in arrival. very helpful and communicative. thank you

Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

We called Ceriello to troubleshoot a possible phase out in our building. Nick came by, assessed the problem and persisted despite running into a few dead ends. He was helpful and walked me through potential issues, connected me with people in the office, and they handled all of the communication with ConEd until my repair was complete. At the end of the day, it was a ConEd issue, for which we are being reimbursed by ConEd, but Ceriello's expertise and knowledge was invaluable.

Ez Does It Home Improvement came out to my home to install my surround sound system through out the home on 7/29/2012. Ez Does It Electrical were very promoted with there service. I gave Ez Does It Electrical a call at Noon and by 2pm they was at my home starting the job. This is very easy to work with a team! We planned the work out via text and email, they updated quotes quickly, and the job was done up to code. The electrician near me was patient and helpful in organizing the job. He was professional and did a very clean install. Looking forward to using them again!
