I had a weird electricity issue for months that I called my home owner warranty about twice. Two different electricians came on two different occasions and could not determine the problem. I looked up local electricians and new York City electricians was the first to come up and had such great ratings. I called and explained my situation and They was able to come in the very same day so that I wouldn't have to take another day off from work. Charles is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything each step of the way and was so helpful. After he fixed the issue he even followed up to make sure everything was still working okay. I highly highly recommend New York City electricians to anyone looking for an electrician in the New York area, and will always keep in mind for any other electricity needs in my house. We were having a problem with a rental property we have in Brooklyn.The bathroom light and light in stairway goes off by it’s self and comes on by self.Basically it works when it feel to.
We got an estimate from another company who was working next door which I wasn’t pleased about .They told me that the neutral wire needed changing and it will cost me $1500.00.
I wanted to get another estimate so I did a Google search of electrical company in Brooklyn and a couple came up .When the reviews ,the reviews on LED Electricians was impressive.So I decided to them call .I spoke to Randy on the phone and explained the problem I was having and he gave me estimate cost which was very reasonable .So we made arrangement for Randy to do the job .The day of the Appointment the lights was working but Randy took his time to thoroughly check was going and tightened every outlet and switches .Randy also informed me that my panels needed upgrade which I knew they were outdated.So I told Randy to give me a estimate to replace the panels .After Randy took care of the problem with the lights and did a fantastic job .Randy told me that he will call me with the estimate to upgrade the panels and few days later Randy called me with the estimate to upgrade the 2 panels which was within our budget .And week later Randy came and installed both panels and did excellent job .So thanks again Randy for doing a fantastic job.

We lost power Friday due to an outdoor electrical short. It was scary with sparks flying and smell of smoke. Fire dept came, then Con Ed to shut off power source for safety. We needed a licensed electrician to get power back. Joe came Saturday to take a look and came back next day Sunday with coworker 8am sharp and fixed it. Great service!

Earl was able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. Earl was on time, courteous, professional and got the job done.

I made an appointment for a number of small jobs to be done around my apartment. The handyman came on time and was accommodating to all my requests. He was friendly and thorough. I needed custom wood blinds installed, a light fixture in a closet replaced (that I couldn't get my building super to do it), a towel holder installed in the kitchen and a number of wall units installed. One of the walls was cement but it wasn't a problem and the end result was very professional. I thought the price was fair given the great service I received.

Thrilled with the service and the quality of the job done. Our heater broke down, and we were able to get a prompt response and estimate for the work. The installation was booked and completed next day and they did send a technician to follow up after installation was complete. Simply the best among the rest.

I needed to install a new television set in my apartment and needed an expert, who would fix it up the wall without breaking it. After asking many installers for a quote, it was Hays NYC, who offered us the best quote. They arrived in time and completed the task in the quickest and most efficient manner. I assume after all the praise I showered upon them, they will offer me some discount next time.

Showed up for about 5 minutes and spent most of the time talking on his cell phone. He told me he couldn't solve the problem then charged me $175.00. Basically a scam artist.
