Called in to get our company’s doorbell fixed and Tony couldn’t have been more thoughtful and professional. Our company ended up hiring someone else but Tony called back to follow up on our situation and it showed he really cared about whether our door buzzer got fixed. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Called a company I had used for 8 years to hang light fixtures. Got the runaround and excuses. Said they would send bid...Didn't receive so I called new York City electricians. Spoke to George. He was great and gave me rough estimate over the phone. Called on Wednesday. He got me an appointment on Friday morning. Stanley showed up on time. He installed my three light fixtures and changed out by outlets in 2 bathrooms. Excellent service, Excellent price. I read the google reviews about DAVEN electric and decided to give them a call for 2 issues that I am having with my 3 family home in Brooklyn. First issue is I need more power for electric range and electric heating and secondly I have open permits from the 1994. The owner Dave took my call and thoroughly explained in great detail how both issues delt with in the efficient and cost effective manner, Dave went on to schedule any on-site appointment in which the field superintendent Alex attended and walked me through the entire process and the men who did the work were delightful. ALL AND ALL the entire experience was well above my expeditions and was SLIGHTY above the price I received from 2 electricians that did NOT have the same high google reviews. The OLD ADAGE comes to my mind “YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR“. KUDOS to THE DAVEN ELECTRIC TEAM

We brought Ricardo in for a sump pump issue a while ago. He handled it so well we had him come back for more work on a new building that was having severe HVAC issues due to improper installation by the developers. He solved that, and about 3 other issues along the way for a fair (not cheap, just fair) price. Ricardo became a bit like family during that time. Everyone put great care into our schedule and cleaning up. He called ahead and was always on time. All in all it’s rare to find businesses like this and I recommend them completely.

They arrived within a couple of hours after I made the call to fix my air conditioner. And the two engineers fix the problem within 40 minutes, super nice and professional.
