I needed my old landscape lights replaced so I called Bates Electric. They sent Ryan out and he showed up in a timely manner and quickly went to work on replacing my lights. The young man was very professional an attentive to our request. What was unusual was the lack of knowledge of the existence of a filter to the air conditioning unit. We were told that your company did not handle filters, and that is ok. Nonetheless, it seems unusual that when this type of service is done, the knowledge of a filter is not known. The customer should be advised of the need for replacement or not. A filter is an important part of the correct functioning of a unit, a lack of knowledge brings some doubt to the correct completion of the service. If we had not stressed the point that there was a filter attached to the air conditioning unit, we would have had an inadequate flow of air on a real hot summer’s season. Please note that we are very happy with the man who did the service, and would be happy if would return. Perhaps, a little training on filters would help.
