Best Pump Repair in Nashville TN

I called the plumber who is contracted with our building THREE TIMES with no response! I called Coolray and they sent a tech out within 2 hours to fix my broken hose spigot!!! Jeff was my technician and did an incredible job!! I asked probably a thousand questions and he did amazing answering all of them and taking time to educate me. He unfortunately had to cut a hole in the wall to fix one of our pipes, but he did so quickly and even cleaned up the space afterwards so that it wasn't dusty/an accident hazard for my kiddo/cats. Super kind, friendly, and professional service at a great price. Will be continuing to use this company for the rest of my time in Nashville. Incredible service experience!

They charged me double what they quoted me. When I called to understand why, the lady reviewed their pricing and assured me that’s what I was previously told and said she could pull the recorded call to prove it. After a week of not hearing back from them, I reached back out and had to explain my situation over again. This happened for about 5 consecutive weeks before I got sick of getting the run around. Manipulative pricing structure and terrible customer service. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

We purchased a home that was 25 years old and have lived in it for 6 years. We built in a bonus room and had a mini split installed for the additional room. We had multiple bids to do the job but Hoffman Brothers simply impressed us and their price was more than competitive, it was by far the best.The service after the install was friendly, professional, and under their warranty free. It was obvious they believed in their products and their services.When it came time to finally replace the big units, we didn't hesitate to call Hoffman Brothers. They gave us honest feedback on our current system and allowed us to make the decisions. Patiently answering any questions and helping us make the right decision for us. Again the team that installed the new system was amazing, professional, and willing to work on our schedule and within our budget.If you need these services, I can't make any other recommendation than Hoffman Brothers. They are simply one of those organizations that cares about doing it right. So I'm doing my part by making sure everyone i can reach knows that.

Great staff they know their job

I really appreciate the professionalism of MCH. Everyone we interact with is helpful, prompt and doesn't leave us without a solution in mind. Today our AC went out, and assumed we'd have a hot mess on our hands. MCH not only fit us in same day, but Zach showed up earlier than expected and fixed the issue right away. He was also considerate of our sleeping baby while he was in the house. Friendly and knowledgeable. THANK YOU!!!!

The Craddock Team that came to my house was quick, very efficient, friendly, and above all else, extremely knowledgeable about their trade. Cleaned up their areas as they accomplished stuff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
