Technician was super professional and knowledgeable. He was here quite a while, but he also replaced the pipes leading in to and out of the water heater. VERY happy to have hit water again. Almost passed out at the price, though, which was more than twice what this cost 9 years ago. But everything about the service and installation, from the minute I first called until the technician left, was top notch.

Chris was Prompt, Professional and Thorough in his explanations of needed services, Spoke Very Highly of his Business and Employer (More important than most employees realize) and he went beyond my original issue with a value added service on my second bathroom's plumbing. I can't possibly speak more highly about this young man's work in repairing the primary plumbing problem along with replacing new cut off valves which were stripped in both bathrooms. Working with the HIGHEST RATED Home Warranty Plan under which these repairs fell, on 1/13/21, I first advised that warranty service that I needed someone quickly as we were having to cut off our water all day and on only briefly for showers and baths. I could not wash cloths or clean the house appropriately. After 3 visits...it has been over TWO MONTHS THEY LEFT US IN THIS MESS! I HAVE PAID A MINT IN MONTHLY FEES to them FOR YEARS...far more than today's bill! Chris took care of the problems in such a short time! There was another Hoffman Brothers employee with Chris who went to pick up parts so that I wouldn't have to wait on Chris completing these repairs. He too, was very personable and quite willing to go above and beyond. I am ashamed to say I didn't catch his name. What I learned today is that Hoffman Brothers Clearly Hires ONLY THE BEST and I am very grateful today that they do.

DO NOT USE- Came by to quote over a month ago, and has rescheduled/no showed for the work 3 times now. First reschedule was only after I texted to confirm it, the second after pushing my appointment from 3pm to 9pm before I had to ask if he was ever going to show, then he apologizes and chooses the next appointment... third time tells me he's on his way right when he's supposed to show at 10am and then radio silence for HOURS. Never to be heard from again. How hard is it to tell people you can't make it or can't take the work? I wish you could charge back appointments for all the time taken from you waiting around. ZERO if I could give a zero
