They are the best electricians in town. I have used them a few times over the past few years. Mostly for smallish stuff like broken switches and bum power sockets. They always have done a nice job, keep my house clean when doing their work, and charge a reasonable price.

Noticed water heater not being serviced for the last 8 years. Called Hiller. Told them this. When they come out to do THE thing I need done they hedge on doing it. Claim that a 10-12 year old water heater could fail if they flush and fill. The wh is warranted for 12yrs. I don't think so. This is Hiller playing games. If they don't want to take responsibility for damages in a routine flush and fill then they need to be up front with that info.. As I said, when I called I related the situation, AT THAT TIME Hiller should have said that they would not take responsibility if the maintenance action caused a failure. But no, no warnings until I was already on the hook for the $199 fee. Just CYA tactics. Am not likely to do business with again. At least as far as water heaters go.

Ok, Had a new HVAC unit put in a couple of weeks ago and it works great. I got a quote from 3 different companies and MCH was the best. Not only the price but the customer service was top notch. I called several times to ask question before I pulled the pin with this company. They answered the phone or called back quick and answered them. Once I decided to go with MCH the wait time was short (1 day) until the crew came and began their work. Everything was done professional and the crew was very friendly. I decided to get some plumbing done outside the HVAC and the plumber Steven was first rate. Just so nice to have a professional like him come over and do the job. He explained everything was going to do and then everything he did. The finished work of both the plumbing and HVAC were done to perfection. I now have a plumber and heating and AC in my contacts in my phone. They will be my first call if I have any future needs.

This was my first experience with this company. Quite pleased. I was given 3 options and I chose which direction to go with an outlet issue. . Suggestions were made. Their knowledge was evident and I would not hesitate to use them again. I even did a couple things after listening to them that was a huge improvement. Definitely well pleased and the crew that came were diligent and hard working.

I can highly recommend Jeff and his team. They are quick with communication and the service team goes above and beyond. Even before coming to my house they researched my system (installed by another company) and made sure they would be able to solve the problems in an efficient manner. They not only repaired the mistakes made from the other company but spotted potential problems and suggested options to consider.
