Best General Contractor in Nashville TN

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

Probably the best company I’ve ever worked for. Working with the team and best group of guys you could ever work with, Simino Electric will not let down. Within leaving for my own decision, I miss working with a great company that puts in with all their heart. Jim, and the crew, you’ll always be my family.

These guys were absolutely phenomenal. Came one day after I called to schedule an estimate, worked around some structural difficulties in my home and flawlessly installed all of my lighting. Professional, on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very refreshing to have professionals in our community that do such a good job so efficiently.

I had them come out to give me an estimate for a project. The electrician talked to me about the project, measured, had me pay for the estimate, and said someone would call with the pricing in a few days. I didn't hear from the company so I called them. The person on the phone said they didn't get the paperwork from the electrician so they couldn't give me an estimate. (Family emergency, I don't fault them for that.) I had a copy of the paperwork and offered to read the measurements but was told the paper I had was useless and he couldn't give me an estimate based on it. I called a few more times after this and left messages to see if they ever got the paperwork they needed from the electrician but didn't hear back.
I ended up filing a claim with my credit card to dispute the charge since I paid for a service that I never received. In the middle of this dispute, they sent a bill marked overdue to my mother (who owns the house I live in). The credit card company ruled in favor of Bates Electric because I signed a receipt agreeing to the charge. I only agreed to the charge because they were supposed to call me with the estimate. I still haven't received an estimate, this project started in May. They were more responsive to Chase during the dispute than they were to me when I was trying to get what I paid for.
I paid $180 for an estimate I never received.

Relocating AC units and one was completely dead. Got an estimate for the electrical part of the work from Chris and he was able to fit me into the schedule within a week. Almost every other contractor i called couldnt get me in for atleast a few weeks out.Charles showed up on time listened to what I was wanting done, coordinated with the AC guys and got it done quickly. I have a few more projects coming up and I will definitely be giving them a call.

Called them for emergency water heater repair as is was leaking all over the garage and they were able to send someone that day. Turns out the water heater was extremely old and needed to be replaced. They came back and replaced it the next morning! Quick, efficient and communicative.
