Coolray installed an hvac unit at my home. The shipping ring was left on, exposing my home to the elements. Also the flashing was completely screwed up.They just used caulking to fill in the gaps. Bottom of the flashing is bent and was not fitted properly. On 5/26/2023 they were suppose to come out to fix the issue. Never showed up or received a phone call.

The man or technician was so friendly I really like him I plan to use him in January to install a new dishwasher and garbage disposal ! I knew he would do a good job when he came out Saturday past for an evaluation of what I needed sometimes you just know about people that they are professional and do a great job I feel like I made a new friend and will call on him when ever I need something which having an older home many things need updated replaced and fixed !
