Called in Friday, they came on time on Monday. Quickly fixed my issue, forwarded other concerns to his manager to provide a quote who immediately scheduled a visit to come provide the quote. So far so good!

Very pleased with the service, the quality of communication, and the price. I will be using these guys again as electrical projects come up.

Didn't write down appointment time, missed the appointment and didn't call to say he couldnt make it. Late to the next appointment. Tries to add on new costs to the project like insurance cost payment and charging by the hour and claimed he wasnt sure how long it would take then took over 2 hours to do a simple job. Not the best customer service.
