They were efficient and worked to make all work was up to code. They have to return twice to adjust the motion sensors, but have done so willingly to make everything work as it should. They were excellent and I would recommend them.

I haven't had this kind of stellar service in a very, very long time. The technician was kind, courteous, professional and thoughtful. Other businesses and service should go to them for training on how to treat your clients.

I called PowerPlus because half the power in my house was out and I couldn’t figure out why. I am a fairly handy person but it was clearly above my capabilities. The technician came out exactly when he said he would, introduced himself, troubleshooted the issue and had it all fixed in under 2 hours. I am amazed at the level of knowledge and the quality of work that was performed. I felt so confident in his work, I had him check out the rest of the house and give me an estimate on updating my electrical panel (very old panel) which he did at no additional costs. Definitely will refer to all friends and family!

We called power plus to get an estimate on a rewiring project using the latest cables for hardwired Internet connection.
