When it comes to electrical expertise, Mehdi is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and provides responses that I with minimal knowledge can understand. His recommendations for the design is with a cost efficient mindset. I completely appreciate that. Him quotes are extremely competitive and at the end of the day I selected him because of his customer service and price for my install of an electric vehicle charger in building’s garage. The process was seamless from scheduling a time to scope out my requirements on site, sending me an estimate via email for my review and approval, submitting the application for the required city permits, scheduling a time onsite to do the work (he brought in a crew of 4 and project took 1/2 day), meeting with the city inspector which was approved immediately, and invoicing with email receipt upon payment. We called America electrician for an estimate-they were punctual , reasonable and affordable. They were very professional and performed a job beyond our expectations, leaving the premises clean and nice.

Pacific Gold does annual maintenance on our back up generator (we are in an area that loses electricity too frequently). By it's nature, we don't think much about a back up generator - until something has gone wrong (and then we need electricity for work, a/c, heat, everything!). Pacific Gold has us on their tickler system, and each January (without any hassle) Freddie comes out, does a tune up, and we are set. But nothing is ever perfect. If power goes out and for some reason the battery didn't hold up, Freddie is incredibly responsive - including during pouring rain. Old fashion customer service and care.
