Very prompt call back. Able to come out as day, due to cancellation.. Original need replace dimmer switch. Added replace front door light switch and two hall light switches. Total. Warning there is a $99 service call charge if you only get estimate and have NO work done. I estimated in my own mind $300 maybe $500 tops. Hold on to you seat Pat came back with a quote for One thousand Three hundred fifty dollars. Sticker shock. Yes $1350 to replace 6 light sites. They did do a thurrow inspection and put everything back together but my head was stuck to the ceiling..i can't recommend Powell because of pricingI'm going back to Home Depot and get a revommdation.

they came they looked at the problem and got straight to work and they were done quick. they did everything in less than 30 minutes.

I tried to hook up my portable AC and it blew out the fuse. I took the AC back to Walmart install the power pole electric truck and Damian said he would take a look and be there in an hour. Turns out the wiring was incorrect and my outlet was running 240 instead of 120. Glad I called, definitely call for more work. Thanks.

Alex K was outstanding, He went over all my options checked all my electrical let me know what needed to be done and why in full detail he fixed all of my sockets in record time. Alex went over every detail item of what Needed to be done. Alex printed out all my documents and sent them to my email for my records again explained all of what was done in detail let me know pricing and how long it would take to fix. I’ll be calling back for the additional work and would like Alex to be my service provider he had such a great great smile and a great great attitude just an overall great guy and an excellent he did.We had additional questions for additional work in our other home Alex went upstairs even on his busy schedule and explain to my sister and I love what needed to be done and why dedicated circuits are needed for the rooms that she asked for and gave a price for the items again we will be asking Alex to come back and very short time to do the additional work you guys are so lucky to have a great guy like him thank you so much for fitting me in your busy schedule both Alex and Bianka took good care of me and I am here to answer any additional questions. John was great! Very professional and friendly. I had a very simple issue, just needed to put up a wired smoke detector way, way out of reach, and he patiently answered all my questions about an antique record player and some other things. Electricians Service Team was the fastest able to come and save us from our beeping detector. Thanks guys!

I was referred by a coworker and let me tell you how happy I was that I found them. First I contacted them about installing a EV charger and I am glad I did because they helped me make a right decision as far as what capacity charger to buy. Scheduled an initial consultation which went very well and told them about the model I wanna buy (juicebox 48), sent them the specs sheet. The day of installation they showed up promptly spent about 3 hours. The scope of work was pretty big as they needed to work on my electrical panel and wire about 50 feet to get it to my desired location. The job was very well and professionally done. They even made me a nice laminated map for my breakers in my panel. Great idea because the black markers ware off. Once again I wanna thank everyone in the company and highly recommend them for any electrical work you may have. I took one picture of the charger but that doesn’t do justice on the amount of work that was done.

Antony and Paul did an awesome job installing a ceiling fan in my office room. They quickly install the fan itself, also they attached the power to a light switch with the dimmer . I definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again soon!
