All bad. We need the right answers not a guessing act. The man came into my home, charged me a $150 an fixed nothing. My plugs still dont work. Im calling someone else an asking if the can fix my problem up front. Last time i make the mistake.

We recently made a couple of additions to our server room and decided to upgrade our electrical situation, first. One call to Branover was made and they came in, surveyed our needs and presented a solution. We had two new 30A outlets installed along with two additional 110 outlets. They showed up right on schedule and worked diligently until the project was completed.

They did not need us hovering over them and making sure they were doing things right. These guys knew what needed to be done and wasted no time doing it. These guys are a class A operation all the way. I've owned/operated a home automation company in Los Angeles for the past 16 years, and so have worked with a number of different electricians. Last week, my wife and I were faced with a major electrical mess at a property we recently purchased. Since my usual go-to guys weren't available, my wife found Power Up Electric on Angie's List and asked me to call them for a quote. It was the best phone call I've made in a long time. I immediately felt like a VIP customer and was given an appointment the same day for a walk through and consultation. Gabriel, the owner, showed up himself for the consultation. He addressed all of my concerns and I was provided with a competitive not-to-exceed quote at the end of the walk through. More importantly, I felt that he genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service and I knew that he would make sure I was happy with everything before he considered the job to be completed. In my opinion, THIS is what makes an excellent service professional!
When an unforeseen issue came up which was technically part of the project scope but was also extra work which wasn't accounted for, Gabriel and his team took care of it with a smile (and no additional charge). They even made a couple last-minute changes for us without adding change orders. I can't say enough about the professionalism, and good old-fashioned customer-first service that we received from Power Up Electric. They have my top recommendation!

George was great. We had 3 electrical things that needed fixing - he was able to fix two of the things quickly. For the third, he explained to us what the problem was and what would be needed to properly fix it. He is going to follow up with a quote for the third job. George was professional, proactive, and collaborative in the process. I am going to request him for our next appointment.

80-year-old house with lots of additions and d.i.y. owners. Had a scary problem with a complicated light switch that kept burning out and seemed to have 220V in a 110V circuit. Chose USA because of their good reviews and the fact that they weren't just operating out of their home like so many other electricians. Turned out to be a good choice. They scheduled the job sooner than I would have expected and their price was quite reasonable. John and his partner were very professional and within an hour had unscrambled what I'm sure was a spaghetti mess. Will be calling them for all future electrical work on this old house!
