Yesterday they came to install our Juicebox EV charger. They arrived on time and quickly got to work reviewing our electrical box determining what must be done. Then they got to work with the actual installation. Jose and his assistant were very accommodating and positioned the charger for maximum convenience. Once all the electrical work was done and the charging verified, they cleaned up the garage and were on their way. The charges were exactly as quoted too. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Finally I know we have found the electrical company to take care of our future needs.

Nevertheless, Alex was extremely patient in walking me through the steps: where they need to cut, where they need to drill, and where the electrical lines would run. He made sure I understood the process 100% but most importantly he was accountable to everything he had said and promised. The job turned out to be more difficult than originally planned, but he stuck to the original estimate and didn't charge me any additional. He's an electrician I truly can trust. Needless to say, the job was done perfectly. Alex, his step-dad, and apprentice was efficient in their work and finished everything in just a few hours. Couldn't be happier with this decision!
