We called Southwest because we were having issues with our labeling machine. They were quick and courteous in sending a technician. The technician examined the machine and honestly told us that the problem is not electrical but mechanical and did not charge us. I appreciated the honesty.

Have used West LA Electric for several years. Over that time, they have rewired my pool filter, pool light and patio lights. Put in the electrical for a cabana and a waterfall pump for my pond They have changed my whole electrical service when the line from the DWP pole hung down on my roof on the way to the box at the back of my house. Put in all new circuit breakers and changed the electrical service to a more convenient location. Rewired my kitchen for new electric oven, then again for a new microwave and a third time for a new dishwasher. Rewired garage when I put in an air conditioning system. Installed a garage door opener and the sensors. When I sold that house the home inspection had ZERO faults with the electrical. Lived in that house for many years.
Also had West LA Electric put in the electrical for modular workstations at 2 of my new offices, and dismantle them when I retired.
All in all, extremely satisfied with the work, I know it was up to the legal requirements and that is why I am currently having them upgrade the electrical at my newly purchased house.

We called Express Electrical because we lost power to part of our kitchen, and scheduled an appointment for a service technician to check it out. Jacob Sanchez came out that Saturday, inspected the power source, and gave us 3 options to correct the problem. Jacob was very informative and we selected the best course of action for us, which was to have the whole kitchen re-wired. The work was scheduled to accommodate our schedule for the following Saturday/Monday. Jacob told us he would be sending Franco Magdaleno, who was the best choice to get the job done in the time frame that worked for us. We were very pleased that Franco and his crew were able to complete the work in one day, and cleaned up after themselves. Franco walked us through and explained everything he was going to do and again when the the job was completed. He also gave us suggestions and recommendations that would be cost effective/energy efficient for us. We would highly recommend the company based on our experience with Franco and Jacob, and will definitely ask for Franco for any future electrical work we consider having done.

We installed a Jacuzzi at our house and after hiring 2 different electrician we were referred to OCA. When you're in a situation where 2 professionals can't figure it out you start freaking out. So once Jack came out and checked all the wiring and control panels he started to do his magic. First he explained to us that it's not common that electricians work on Jacuzzis all the time and said don't blame the electrician which was very nice and professional of him. He also read the owners manual and figured the problem out. He explained everything A-Z and got the Jacuzzi to work. I will refer anyone I know to OCA and make sure people don't waste there time and money.
