Best Outlet Issue in Los Angeles CA

awful service. i used them once and it was great. and then the problem started occurring again. they came back and said it was a different issue (the light trim). gave me a quote for $700 for four light trims and repair.i looked up the light trim and it was $14 for the exact model I had. I watched a video and repaired it myself in less than 30 seconds.they were fully taking advantage thinking a young woman doesn't know how to do an easy task or find the model of the light. incredibly rude. will not be using again.

I am long overdue writing this review. I have used this company for several years. It started when I needed to have two electrical panels replaced on a Santa Monica property that has a house and 3 one-bedroom apartment units in back. I interviewed 5 other companies at that time and felt the most confident hiring this company. They did an excellent job with the panel replacements. Since that time, I have had 3 bathroom exhaust fan installations done on the same property (the buildings were so old that the bathroom never had fans). The most recent installation was done in the house bathroom. It wasn't an easy installation because the house was built in 1930, has lath and plaster walls and ceilings with no access to the attic. They had to route the exhaust duct for the fan through the outside wall through the stucco. The house bath just had a light fixture in the ceiling, now it has a combination light/heater/exhaust fan. The job turned out quite well.

They arrived when they said they would and they did quick and clean work at a fair price. Jonathan was very friendly and professional.

I was just installing some new lights in my garden, and when I turned on the outdoor power outlet, all power in the house went dead! Thanks to Power Pro Electric and Solar, they came out on my call and saved me!

I called Alex to install several ceiling lights and change power supply cables and sockets to a different place. It seemed to me that this kind of work will be very hard, messy and time consuming since the part of the work was requiring to work in a crawling space, but Alex did his work very professionally, easy and quick!
