These guys are a class A operation all the way. I've owned/operated a home automation company in Los Angeles for the past 16 years, and so have worked with a number of different electricians. Last week, my wife and I were faced with a major electrical mess at a property we recently purchased. Since my usual go-to guys weren't available, my wife found Power Up Electric on Angie's List and asked me to call them for a quote. It was the best phone call I've made in a long time. I immediately felt like a VIP customer and was given an appointment the same day for a walk through and consultation. Gabriel, the owner, showed up himself for the consultation. He addressed all of my concerns and I was provided with a competitive not-to-exceed quote at the end of the walk through. More importantly, I felt that he genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service and I knew that he would make sure I was happy with everything before he considered the job to be completed. When an unforeseen issue came up which was technically part of the project scope but was also extra work which wasn't accounted for, Gabriel and his team took care of it with a smile (and no additional charge). They even made a couple last-minute changes for us without adding change orders. Hector is communicative and professional. I've had him out to do work years ago. I was pleased then and once again, he did a great job this time.

Michael has done work now in both my restaurants and in my home. We have had other electricians in the past come in and while their work was basically fine insofar as the buildings never burned down, we have always felt that Michael's work really excels in the finishing details. All switches are level. Conduit is always run neatly. He's a great problem solver too and we never feel that we are paying for work that we don't need.

The Electrician Jose was an awesome guy, he came to work on my house when no one else would because of the holidays. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he knew what to do to fix the problem and was on point. We were truly blessed that he came our way, I 1000% recommend his services, I will in the future use his skills for more work, theres no one else that I will look for because of the impressive workmanship he did. I have used Alex' services for a few years now and have always been happy with his professionalism and friendly personality. His rates are quite reasonable too. A few months ago we moved to a new house and Alex was the one to call for the major electrical work that was needed as part of the remodeling. He and his partner completed everything to the highest standards. Next time I need an electrician, it will be Alex again.

Our heater was blowing cold air on Christmas day! I called Morteza on Christmas day. He was very kind and caring. He offered to come for repair that same day. But together we decided to wait until Tuesday the 27th, because he would have the opportunity to pick up a part from a supplier, should he not have stocked it in his truck. As the issue with the heater could be related to several factors and all most all stores would be closed on Christmas Day

Morteza showed up on time on Tuesday. He was very knowledgeable, quick to diagnose the problem, had the part available in his truck and finished the repair in a very short period of time.
