The day of the appointment, received an text message from Steven stating he was in route I appreciate that, Also Steven was on time, that is a big deal for me . He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.

This was our first time using All-in-One Electric and we were pleasantly surprised at how punctual, how knowledgeable and how quickly Stuart was able to see the problem and fix it, and at a reasonable rate. EXCELLENT service. Quick, friendly and thorough. Their price was reasonable and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. They explained the process along the way and I will definitely hire them for future work. My technician was Frank, and he couldn't have been easier to work with. Job was to replace an outdoor plug, but I spoke to him about hard-wiring, smart home devices, and recessed lights.

I had the technician named Al. He was very polite unlike the phone operators that work for this company he was working under very hot conditions and I did not hear him complain one time. He was on time during the timeframe that he gave and And honestly I hope you guys are paying him what he is worth it is hard to find good work nowadays you guys should appreciate the value of a good worker that you have. A Custom Electric installed our whole stage lighting for our Pasadena community center. They installed the lights, and the control panel. They have been back since to check the safety of each light and inspect the control panel. They are competent, creative, helpful and perfectionists. We couldn't have had a better experience with them.

I originally found this company via a quote request, and Arvin was one of the first to respond. He gave me his number to call him so he could learn more about my needs, and after explaining my situation, he was honest and told me that the work I needed could honestly be done without an electrician and he didn't want me to waste money having him come out. I was impressed, and he was right, he basically gave me a free consult and free solution and he wouldn't even accept my request to tip him for the time he spent with me on the phone (over an hour). Very quick to response to my emergency power outage , very professional crew, they are in and out with the problem fix at a reasonable price.

I was having problems with some wiring in our bathroom outlet, We called Legends to go ahead and help us out and they really came through!

I called Powerplus Electric on a Saturday afternoon and with 30 minutes they arrived to give me free estimate. He spent over 2 hours starting from the electric source finding and tracing the electric lines. He was relentless until he was able to diagnose the problem. I had complete confidence that he was the most qualified to remedy my problem. He gave me a written estimate and I agreed to have the work done. He came back with a crew on time, completed the job as promised, no extra charges and no surprises.
