Alex.K was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about my electricity needs. He came out the next day after half of my home power shut off. He took the time to explain every detail so I had a good understanding of what was needed, and presented it to me in ways I could easily understand. I needed to upgrade my entire panel and relocate it to meet city code. I never felt rushed whenever I asked questions or needed clarification.
