Service was prompt and Electricians were friendly. The only thing that prohibits giving a 5 star rating is the price. For two hours of work on a job I had done 30 years ago; with very little changes to my orginal work. Powell Electric billed $850 in what was basically labor (I provided the security light) they provided a couple of GFI recpticles, cover plate, a little conduit and wire that I could see. Seems quite steep for the work completed! If it wasn't for going into the holiday season and the security issues of the old light not working, I would have shopped around or completed the job myself for that price. Never did see any discount in price with all the advertising claims they have on television even after I asked about there TV ad. I was told it is reflected in the price (some discount....☹)

excellent job at fixing a smoke detector which was supposed to have power coming off the light fixture. not only didnt it have power but the power was tied into to on/off switch. With a little troubleshooting they found the power source in the bathroom and ran a separate line to the smoke detector without damaging the walls except for a small hole in the bathroom to access the junction box.........Thank you Alex for for your expertise and the cost ran half of was expected .....I have used them on many occasions and find their work reliable

We had an issue with an ARC circuit breaker in our kitchen that was tripping over the smallest thing and Steve was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. On top of being faulty, it was also redundant for the application. It was great to find someone who was responsive and available on a Saturday as well. Highly recommended.

I thought this is an electric company with their own licensed electricians, but they outsourced all my jobs to other people. So it is unclear that do they even have licenses or not. Since this is just a referral company, I think I got charged more for the fee that incurred in the process. I even paid $79 membership fee for their service calls. But then it's more money to them for them to sell my jobs to other people. Instead of getting free quotes from others, now I got charged with large bills for small jobs.

I had my sub panel replaced bk electric it was old and the inspector said it needed to be changed. They did a great job and the price was great in comparison with other companies. Thank you
