The repairman Jesse did an outstanding job in our home. We had a bad wire that burnt a hose that caused an explosion and burnt the wall. He replaced wires, put in a new plug, put in a electrical sub panel. When he was done he not only repaired the wall, put stucco and an outstanding job but he painted it!! I was very impressed with his workmanship, integrity, he was very nice. When he arrived at my home I was skeptical because so many workers in my past did such a bad job but when Jesse was done I wanted to cry because I was so happy with the job he did! He helped me even with another situation. I couldn’t believed how great of a job he did!! He did an outstanding A + job and I would recommend him over many!! I recently hired A Custom Electric for an emergency repair where a plumber cut through an electrical pipe when he was sawing a cement slab at the Wallis Theater in Beverly Hills.
We were on a deadline to get this repaired and restore the electrical power that afternoon.

I was very impressed with Igor and Paul, who were not only meticulous but efficient. I asked them to change out a few light fixtures which proved trickier than it initially seemed and Igor and Paul went above and beyond in every possible way to complete the job and to do it well. They are not only extremely skilled, they are honest and kind. In addition, they got back to me quickly when I called them and I was very pleased with their communication. 10/10, will absolutely use them again.

Our power went out in one of our bedrooms. I contacted Primo Electric and I explained my electrical problem. I spoke with the owner David and he gave me an explanation of the possible problem. We scheduled an appointment and his crew came out and took care of my electrical problem. I was given a thorough explanation of what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. This crew did an exceptional job explaining to me what they were doing as they were working. These guys worked well together! I was total satisfied with their work! The price was reasonable too. Primo Electric will handle all my electrical projects around my home.

Willie does good, clean work, and his attention to detail is excellent. His labor pricing structure is competitive, and he was easy to communicate with. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the parts pricing. Now, I expect to pay a little up charge (20-30% say) when an electrician brings the parts. However, the 3 dimmers that I asked Willie to bring were marked up 160% (!) from what you could easily buy in 5 minutes from Amazon. For me that worked out to be a $120 difference! So, my advice is, use Willie, but buy any parts you need yourself.
