We had a great experience with Branover Contractors. They were extremely responsive and reliable. We had our electrical panel upgraded from 100amp to 200amp, a Tesla charger installed, and wiring run to a new gate we put in. The price was great and they handled all backend work with LADWP. These guys are a class A operation all the way. I've owned/operated a home automation company in Los Angeles for the past 16 years, and so have worked with a number of different electricians. Last week, my wife and I were faced with a major electrical mess at a property we recently purchased. Since my usual go-to guys weren't available, my wife found Power Up Electric on Angie's List and asked me to call them for a quote. It was the best phone call I've made in a long time. I immediately felt like a VIP customer and was given an appointment the same day for a walk through and consultation. Gabriel, the owner, showed up himself for the consultation. He addressed all of my concerns and I was provided with a competitive not-to-exceed quote at the end of the walk through. When an unforeseen issue came up which was technically part of the project scope but was also extra work which wasn't accounted for, Gabriel and his team took care of it with a smile (and no additional charge). They even made a couple last-minute changes for us without adding change orders. I can't say enough about the professionalism, and good old-fashioned customer-first service that we received from Power Up Electric. They have my top recommendation!

We used this business to install an EV outlet, and we are very pleased. The owner initially called and showed interest in having my business. The electrician came on time and waited for the rain to dissipate. He installed the outlet quickly and cleaned up after the job was done. Everything looks neat and works as intended. After struggling mightily with our Home Warranty company who couldn't get someone to our place for a week, I went back to this company that I used for some lighting installs back in 2016. I reached out to them at around 10AM today - got a text back in about 15 minutes that someone would be in the area around 11:30. I had to verify that they actually meant TODAY, because wow, I wasn't expecting that. Josh (who was part of the crew back in 2016) arrived even earlier, and had the job completed by 11:30AM. Just two breakers that needed replacement, but he tested to make sure there wasn't more serious things going on. Despite the blazing heat he got the job done and I was out just a little more than what my warranty service call was going to run me, and it was quick and painless. Highly recommend.
