I got a really competitive price from him and assurance that he could finish the job safely and on time. The electrician came on time and waited for the rain to dissipate. He installed the outlet quickly and cleaned up after the job was done. Everything looks neat and works as intended. Pacific Gold does annual maintenance on our back up generator (we are in an area that loses electricity too frequently). By it's nature, we don't think much about a back up generator - until something has gone wrong (and then we need electricity for work, a/c, heat, everything!). Pacific Gold has us on their tickler system, and each January (without any hassle) Freddie comes out, does a tune up, and we are set. But nothing is ever perfect. If power goes out and for some reason the battery didn't hold up, Freddie is incredibly responsive - including during pouring rain. Old fashion customer service and care.

Had them come out to install a Ring and thermostat. They charged me to put on the thermostat for $85 but failed to get it to work. I had to have a Heating & Air company come out & all Albert failed to do was hook up the proper wires. Never use them. Very dishonest. And Albert would never answer any of my calls after the installation.

John from Legends did an amazing job. I was expecting a big mess, not to mention an ordeal related to the repair of a ceiling fixture with 6 bulbs from the 1950's. John diagnosed the problem immediately, and had me u and running in under 1/2 hour. What a great team they have at Legend Thank you once again.

They have very nice staff members. The electrician who came to help me with my electrical issues not only fixed the wiring but also found another problem that may given me problems in future. He also took care of the lighting bulbs. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the hard work they do.

I have been working with Gonza electric for a long time and thought they were honest, I called them to schedule an appointment and give an estimate, they never gave me an estimate just told me it would be determined when the job is complete and it wouldn't be much.

Elijio finishes the job in 5 minutes and then demands I pay an outrageous $300 for a simple electric job. No invoice or explanation provided after the work was done.

They did a lousy job too and didn't even bring a blank breaker with them, I called them numerous times about finishing the job and for other projects; they never show up and don't return calls. This is how Gonza Electric treats their long time customers.

Very disappointed in this company that I had been recommending to my friends and will no longer do so. Be careful if you hire them, they always forget something but will demand the full payment from you.
