They did an excellent job coordinating the panel upgrade with the electrical company and getting everything approved by the city. The Tesla charger installation was done proficiently. We had a problem with a circuit breaker that kept tripping and caused an electricity outage to our tankless water heater, no hot water for shower! We had SDS service some time ago at a different house. This time SDS again responded promptly on a Sunday and an electrician (Josh) came over the next day. The repair was explained to us clearly and then completed timely.

I have been working with Gonza electric for a long time and thought they were honest, I called them to schedule an appointment and give an estimate, they never gave me an estimate just told me it would be determined when the job is complete and it wouldn't be much.

Elijio finishes the job in 5 minutes and then demands I pay an outrageous $300 for a simple electric job. No invoice or explanation provided after the work was done.

They did a lousy job too and didn't even bring a blank breaker with them, I called them numerous times about finishing the job and for other projects; they never show up and don't return calls. This is how Gonza Electric treats their long time customers.

Very disappointed in this company that I had been recommending to my friends and will no longer do so. Be careful if you hire them, they always forget something but will demand the full payment from you.
