Friendly, prompt service (hard to come by these days) and he even took time to let me know exactly what he was doing and how/why he was doing it. I even got a follow up later on to make sure my wall switches were still working as intended. A little on the pricey side, but I'd always rather pay to have someone show up on time, communicate with me openly, and of course solve the problem. Recommended!
