Honestly, it was the technician that made this service so enjoyable. He was friendly, warm, and a pleasure to have around. He made sure to explain everything including why my plugs didn't work and what's needed to fix them. Raul answered all of my questions and we had a great conversation during his time here. I have no problem paying a little extra for great service because I've had some really shady companies come out who were cheap but I find more often than not, cheap prices gets you cheap service. Will definitely use them again.

Franklin and his crew (Mario and Vladimir) spent three days updating our electrical systems and taking care of a huge list of random jobs. Our master bath didn't have an exhaust fan and was completely cut off from our household HVAC system, and was constantly steamed up and freezing in the winter. We had consulted many other electricians and our HVAC contractor to no avail, but Franklin had an immediate solution - a Panasonic exhaust fan with integrated heating unit. He also isolated the master bath on a unique circuit. He also noticed my ethernet cable snaking up the stairs and ran the cable inside the wall and two separate cables for our two home offices. All of the work was completed on time, they repaired all of the tiny openings they used and cleaned up after. Franklin is respectful, creative and kind, and treats the crew the same way he treated us. Franklin and Power Up are gems.

OMG I had 3 electricians over and this was the 4th one, They all said the same thing, It was loose wires and they had to trouble shoot every single socket and light switch and could not give me an estimate cause it could take forever. Gonza Electic came out, I told him the same thing as everyone else, he opened up the panel and saw right away why all the lights kept flickering over and over again. I won't say how he fixed it but they did not charge an arm and leg like everyone else waned to charge, even one guy came out and replaced a breaker and charge 150 for that. The problem still persisted but he wanted to charge 150 an hour. Gonza Electic was more than reasonable in their price.
