Im so happy I finally found an honest, reliable electrical company. They are very professional and super friendly over the phone. They replaced an old electric panel for me and did it all up to code and pretty fast too. They came highly recommended by a friend and Id certaily recommend this company to anyone in need of electrical service.

The team lead was an excellent communicator. He explained what they would be doing, where they would be, and when they would need to turn off the electricity and restore it. He showed me how to plug in the charger and what to be sure not to touch. And then he had me do it so that I had practice. He was creative when a change had to be made and open to suggestions. And they cleaned up everything and returned everything to it's proper location. It was a pleasure working with them. In addition, before starting the job, the Managing Director came to my house and discussed the installation options with me and we chose what would be done together.

Did not arrive on agreed time and no response at all. I will not use again!

I was referred by a coworker and let me tell you how happy I was that I found them. First I contacted them about installing a EV charger and I am glad I did because they helped me make a right decision as far as what capacity charger to buy. Scheduled an initial consultation which went very well and told them about the model I wanna buy (juicebox 48), sent them the specs sheet. The day of installation they showed up promptly spent about 3 hours. The scope of work was pretty big as they needed to work on my electrical panel and wire about 50 feet to get it to my desired location. The job was very well and professionally done. They even made me a nice laminated map for my breakers in my panel. Great idea because the black markers ware off. Once again I wanna thank everyone in the company and highly recommend them for any electrical work you may have. I took one picture of the charger but that doesn’t do justice on the amount of work that was done.

I am a new home owner and budget my electrical work according to 2 reputable company’s estimate. A friend recommend USA Electric and they gave me an estimate for fraction of the price. They showed up on time and fixed all the electrical issues around the house. High quality work clean and up to code. Great service . Excellent price . I will only call these guys.
