Doug came out and was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable!! He explained what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and wrote an estimate for 2 different scenarios. I needed to hold off on the repair for now, but was very impressed with the professionalism of Doug and Powell Electric.

The day of the appointment, received an text message from Steven stating he was in route I appreciate that, Also Steven was on time, that is a big deal for me . He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.
