George came out about 2 hours after we called for a faulty breaker. We decided to change the faulty breaker and add one more dedicated 20 amp breaker to decrease the load on a single breaker. George was very professional and explained the different options we had to choose from. He restored power and and added the new breakers and outlet in about 4 hours.I would recommend Express Electric and call them again for services.

Lets start off by saying that the electrician called the electrical outlets devices!!! My tenant had no power to the bedrooms. I read the reviews, they looked legit, so I scheduled. After inspecting the electrical panel he called me and stated I am not sure what the problem is. I inspected the breakers and everything looks good. I will have to open up all devices. Devices??????? I asked him what he meant by devices and he just replied with there are over 15 devices in the bedrooms, I have to open them all up to find out where the disconnection is. This will run about $750 to inspected and if any parts are needed there's a separate charge. After hearing all of this I asked him if by devices he meant outlets and he confirmed Yes. WTH??? I am not an electrician but even I know they are called outlets and they do not need to be opened up. What are multimeters for??? I just wanted him out. I paid the $60 diagnosis trip charge because it was my choice to send this company out. Later that day I went to the property, I turned off all the breakers and turned them back on VOILA the power turned on.
