The service technicians (Omar and Adrian) worked quickly to assess an ongoing problem I have had with appliances not getting enough electrical current to function properly. They determined the problem was my outside wiring to my meter. Now I am waiting patiently to see how their company coordinates service with DWP; however, I am pleased that the problem has finally been identified.

Be careful of this company! They make you pay for a consultation cause they have no idea what they are doing. Our fuse went out and they tried charging us $9k to install an entirely new box when all we needed was a new switch. I ended up calling Legacy Electrical and apparently i had a switch that wasn't even being used. Legacy switched it out and didn't even charge me because it was a simple task.

I was fortunate enough to find Michael with A Custom Electric. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Best of all, he has work ethic and actually cares. He also had the best pricing in town!! Powell Electric tried to charge $99 just to come out and look at the problem for example!
