I originally found this company via a quote request, and Arvin was one of the first to respond. He gave me his number to call him so he could learn more about my needs, and after explaining my situation, he was honest and told me that the work I needed could honestly be done without an electrician and he didn't want me to waste money having him come out. I was impressed, and he was right, he basically gave me a free consult and free solution and he wouldn't even accept my request to tip him for the time he spent with me on the phone (over an hour). 80-year-old house with lots of additions and d.i.y. owners. Had a scary problem with a complicated light switch that kept burning out and seemed to have 220V in a 110V circuit. Chose USA because of their good reviews and the fact that they weren't just operating out of their home like so many other electricians. Turned out to be a good choice. They scheduled the job sooner than I would have expected and their price was quite reasonable. John and his partner were very professional and within an hour had unscrambled what I'm sure was a spaghetti mess. Will be calling them for all future electrical work on this old house!
