I have quibbles but as it worked out in the end I’ll give them 5 stars since they were the most responsive of five contractors I contacted, were the lowest quote, and got the work done very fast. The work was installing two Tesla wall connectors in a master/slave configuration

Electricians Los Angeles installed recessed lighting in our living room, and it transformed the space. They were professional, efficient, and the work was top-quality.

Terrible service. They claimed to have 24 hour emergency service but no one is there to answer phones, left message and no return call. Went with local shop they fixed our problem within the hour.

HR is not to be trusted here. I was harassed and no formal documents to prove it when I complained. Was reduced pay,randomly drug screened and eventually terminated for retaliation. Great for getting experience at the cost of being humiliated. Passed the drug screen BTW

We were having a shortage issue at our home, lights were causing other lights to go out and what not. Called branover to come out and take a look at what was going on. We ended up needing a full panel upgrade/replacement. They gave us a fair price and did the work pretty quickly. There workers were great and answered any questions or concerns that we had. We now use them for any electrical problems we have. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of electrical service.

Pacific Gold does annual maintenance on our back up generator (we are in an area that loses electricity too frequently). By it's nature, we don't think much about a back up generator - until something has gone wrong (and then we need electricity for work, a/c, heat, everything!). Pacific Gold has us on their tickler system, and each January (without any hassle) Freddie comes out, does a tune up, and we are set. But nothing is ever perfect. If power goes out and for some reason the battery didn't hold up, Freddie is incredibly responsive - including during pouring rain. Old fashion customer service and care.

I was very impressed with Igor and Paul, who were not only meticulous but efficient. I asked them to change out a few light fixtures which proved trickier than it initially seemed and Igor and Paul went above and beyond in every possible way to complete the job and to do it well. They are not only extremely skilled, they are honest and kind. In addition, they got back to me quickly when I called them and I was very pleased with their communication. 10/10, will absolutely use them again.
