Luis came out to give me an estimate for several involved jobs and he was awesome. On time, professional and knowledgeable. He was great about explaining what would be involved. Am waiting for an estimate from another company prior to deciding which company to use.

This is the 2nd time I've hired the Electric Connection in two years. Great company. The first was to install a ceiling fan and additional outlets. Now they have relocated some outlets, added two dedicated circuits to my balcony, added additional switches to my breaker box, and run wiring from the balcony to the breaker box. I really appreciate the multiple phone conversations I had with James, prior to booking them for the job. He helped me trouble shoot my issues and gave me options for a solution over the phone. The technicians who came to give me an estimate were on time, wrote notes and sent me photos with details of the work they were recommending. The actual two technicians who did the work were fast, efficient, and did not make a big mess. When it comes to Electrical work you get what you pay for. Go with the pros.

we shopped 2 other electricians to rewire our house with Ethernet cable for high speed internet before hiring power plus, the two other companies were way too expensive and turnaround time was 2 weeks but Andre the master electrician gave us a great price with 4 day completion promise. This is extremely important as we needed to have our internet connection for business related projects. Needless to say, they made it happen on time and on budget thank you guys.

Service by Steve from Turn Electric was beyond exceptional. Upon calling and giving him a brief summary of what needed to be done with my electrical needs, he explained what he thought needed to be done and gave an estimate over the phone. He made sure I was comfortable with the estimate before coming over to see the issue which I appreciated since I didn't want to waste his time and vice versa. Before arriving, he called to let me know when he was on his way since I was coming from work. He arrived earlier than confirmed and waited patiently in the scorching heat. The problem turned out to be bigger than what I thought and Steve provided a solution that was very genuine and honest with a reasonable price. He did not pressure me to do this and that as most companies would do. He gave advice that I'll eventually need to re-wire my house but can happen in the long run. The 20+ experience Steve has really showed through his explanation of the problem and seeing how he worked. Plus an added bonus, I got to know Steve personally as well. Great guy, awesome personality, very funny and just a cool guy! I would definitely recommend Turn Electric and Steve! I look forward to contacting him in the near future.
