We have used Southwest Industrial Electric numerous times and their quality of service has always terrific. Sometimes scheduling is an issue but we have found overall everyone from their sales reps to technicians have been a pleasure to work with.

Pacific Gold does annual maintenance on our back up generator (we are in an area that loses electricity too frequently). By it's nature, we don't think much about a back up generator - until something has gone wrong (and then we need electricity for work, a/c, heat, everything!). Pacific Gold has us on their tickler system, and each January (without any hassle) Freddie comes out, does a tune up, and we are set. But nothing is ever perfect. If power goes out and for some reason the battery didn't hold up, Freddie is incredibly responsive - including during pouring rain. Old fashion customer service and care.

Artin answered the phone at 7:30am. He was at my house by 8:30 and diagnosed the problem with my older Crouse-Hinds panel. After waiting for LADWP to unlock my meter he came back and replaced all of the 30 year old breakers. He works fast and has the expertise. Professionally done electrical work is not cheap but Artin quickly resolved a four year (on and off again) issue with the breakers arcing and sizzling and loss of power and I feel relieved it's fixed right.
