He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The team lead was an excellent communicator. He explained what they would be doing, where they would be, and when they would need to turn off the electricity and restore it. He showed me how to plug in the charger and what to be sure not to touch. And then he had me do it so that I had practice. He was creative when a change had to be made and open to suggestions. And they cleaned up everything and returned everything to it's proper location. It was a pleasure working with them. In addition, before starting the job, the Managing Director came to my house and discussed the installation options with me and we chose what would be done together.

First off I have to say the quality of the service provided by this company is incredible. They are not only knowledgeable and professional but also very informative. They give you multiple options to fix your problem and answer any and all questions you may have. We just closed on our first home and the electrical panel was from the 1900’s, it looked so old that it was almost unrecognizable as the electic panel, Jose was able to move the entire panel, get city permits and all in less than 1 month. The service is true quality and I can’t express how thankful I am to have come across them. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for electrical service. Pacific Gold does annual maintenance on our back up generator (we are in an area that loses electricity too frequently). By it's nature, we don't think much about a back up generator - until something has gone wrong (and then we need electricity for work, a/c, heat, everything!). Pacific Gold has us on their tickler system, and each January (without any hassle) Freddie comes out, does a tune up, and we are set. But nothing is ever perfect. If power goes out and for some reason the battery didn't hold up, Freddie is incredibly responsive - including during pouring rain. Old fashion customer service and care.

Blown off, called and set up an appointment. Explained the job was time sensitive, all the leg work was done. Good $$ job, DWP spot check in hand, new updated service with a 200amp panel board upgrade inside building. no brainer work. Called an hour before our appointment to cancel, said they would call me later in the day to reschedule...No call back. Lost a money maker of a job and any potential work down the road from us.
