I was very satisfied with the prompt response of the scheduler and the professionalism of the technician, William. On the other hand, the total charge ($399) seemed quite high. That was surprising and frankly disappointing. I’ll do more research next time.

They came out on a Saturday about an hour after I called. Professional and helpful...fixed the light switch and plug easily. I would definitely recommend.

Raul provided great service at our residence. He was on time and always explained in detail what was needed to make the requested repairs. It was very nice to have the options available for our consideration before making any decisions. Because he was so good at diagnosing the original problem we asked him to make additional repairs that we had been contemplating for some time. We will ask for Raul next time we need an electrical repair.

This was my second time using this company through old republic. Both times the gentleman that can out, he was very informative about why I was having electrical issues. He explained what the exact problem was and how he was going to repair it. He was really kind and professional. I give this company 5 stars, although I hope to never need their services again?

I have been working with Gonza electric for a long time and thought they were honest, I called them to schedule an appointment and give an estimate, they never gave me an estimate just told me it would be determined when the job is complete and it wouldn't be much.

Elijio finishes the job in 5 minutes and then demands I pay an outrageous $300 for a simple electric job. No invoice or explanation provided after the work was done.

They did a lousy job too and didn't even bring a blank breaker with them, I called them numerous times about finishing the job and for other projects; they never show up and don't return calls. This is how Gonza Electric treats their long time customers.

Very disappointed in this company that I had been recommending to my friends and will no longer do so. Be careful if you hire them, they always forget something but will demand the full payment from you.
