These guys are GREAT!! They switched out my old, not to code electric panel, got rid of an illegal breaker box, and did it all in 1day!! Daniel, Bon and Jerry were Amazing!ANDI had some minor lighting work done by another company. While here, they offered to inspect the lights and discovered that nothing was grounded, there were bare wires in the attic from the draw fan, code violations & fire hazards waiting to happen. Daniel wrote a report detailing the violations with photos to send to the other company. Who does stuff to protect homeowners like that?? TruTec does!!

William did good work for me about 5 years ago, so I called him about trouble with the bathroom heater. He came out to do an estimate but ended up resolving most of the problem (mainly noise) and saying the heater did not need replacing. So honest. No charge. He's a little slow answering email sometimes, but worth the wait.

Unbelievably great service. Less than four hours after the power company shut my power due to a dangerous situation, they had my necessary repairs completed for $1000 (30%) less than their initial estimate.

I was an employee for all of 12 days i was hired to be a warehouse manager, i was interviewed 2 times the 2nd interview was two and a half hours long with a senior VP. at which time i told them i had virtually no computer experience.They said we pride ourselves on training !!!!!!So when they made me a offer of employment i accepted.The man that was to train me was the warehouse manager who was being moved to a feild position anyway the first 6 days he had me work on the prefab crew and said he would show me the computer part of the job when my computer came in. On the 7th day around 1 a supervisor pulled me aside and said THAT I WASNT PROGRESSING FAST ENOUGH AND MOVED ME TO A JOB SITE WHERE I WAS HARRASSED UNTIL I QUIT

Short story - fraudulent and unprofessional.Long story - Genesis electrical did not finish the work they agreed to finish. They demanded payment in full prior to final inspection (we paid 60% after rough inspection). When the job was agreed upon there was no discussion of payment in full prior to final inspection. Further, there was nothing in the estimate regarding paying them in full prior to final inspection. During our argument with them about this, they sent us an altered estimate in which they changed the original estimate to say the the final payment was due prior to final inspection. Hilariously stupid to think we had not saved the original estimate. I am no lawyer, but this probably qualifies as fraud. I will be contacting the attorney general if we have any more problems with this company. I don't care if it cost us 10,000 in legal fees, if we have ANY more problems from this company. I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND GO AFTER THEIR LICENSE. That is how bad it went. We had to find another electrician who would be willing to put their name on the permit. This was a difficult task, because master electricians are reluctant (as they should be) to put their name on someone else's work. Finally, their work did not pass final inspection. Not surprising, considering they so badly wanted to be paid BEFORE final inspection. So we had to pay to get that work fixed.

The owner Shane Flores and his crew did an amazing job with my whole home automation system. Their knowledge and experience is what sets these guys apart. I would Highly recommend them and will be using them for all my A/V needs in the future. Outstanding!

Brighthouse Electric ROCKS! I needed some can lighting done in my kitchen. However, I didn’t know any other details that I needed to provide,( except that I wanted this work completed.) They took complete care of me and even worked with my schedule. I asked off work for the day they were scheduled to come, but my job needed me last minute. I called Mendy, the owner, and she was quick to reschedule me to my next day off. She was kind and worked around my schedule. Austin was the tech that came to my house and he was as polite as can be. Never had the chance to prove myself. I went to orientation and it was one of the best I have been to in my Electrical career (8yrs).I have been with about 10 electrical companies.Brian and Luis were great!Great employees Alterman Electric.It is a get down to business kind of environment. Colvin has been excellent in the past and this time is no different. Haywood, who has also been excellent in the past, installed an inlet for a generator and all of the needed changes to the main panel. Prompt and professional, they walked me through connecting the generator and walking through the steps to get my house up and running in the case of another snowpocalypse.

My well went out in the middle of the night and we had no water. I called Matt at 7:30 am on a Saturday. He was planning a lake trip with his family that day but instead made the trip to my home and had my well up and running. Couldn't ask for better service. I won't use anyone else for my electrical needs.

It was so frustrating. Every time i used the washing machine, the breaker would blow. I was ready to pull out my hair so I called Electrician LT to come look at it. I liked that they were upfront about their pricing and how they charged. Of course I was even happier when they fixed the washer/breaker issue.
