Best System Design in Austin TX

I reviewed Molitor electric on Yelp, but I wanted to make sure that he's being ranked everywher people look. I have used Molitor for another job since my original review on Yelp in Feb 2019 (Dan replaced a standard switch with a fan/light switch, installed a video doorbell, added hard wiring and installing a floodlight camera). I would officially say I have a guy for that if anyone asked about electrical work. I trust Molitor to provide great service for a competitive price. I have recommended him to others on FB, on Nextdoor, in person, etc. Keep up the good work!

Good work, too expensive to continue to use

A breaker tripped and suddenly the outlets for my oven, washer, and dryer weren't working. Resetting the breakers didn't seem to work. I called the office hoping someone might be available even though it was a holiday- I was able to reach someone on call right away and they headed straight over.I'm embarrassed to say that when he arrived, the problem was that the breakers weren't in the correct position on one side - sigh. Of course was ready to pay for his time but he was kind enough not to charge me - incredibly generous. 100% would recommend for any electrician work needed.

Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

Jonathan and team were prompt to give a detailed quote for the electrical work I needed. Very professional and excellent communicator about time of arrival, etc... Did a really nice job and I will use them again when I rehab my kitchen!

Beckett is our go-to for anything electrical. Their work is fantastic and they are great people. Any issues we've ever had have been small and they have remedied them immediately. Can't recommend them enough!

10/24/2014OMG I called panic stricken when 1/2 the electricity in the garage suddenly went out and I had no electrician!!! Called the emergency number and Brandon (insert superman music here) answered he showed up in 30 mins and found the problem right away!!! Brandon is fabulous!! He's honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He's wonderful!!! I am going to recommend them to my customers!

Ryan came out to do some plumbing work at the house. He was very polite and explained things nicely. Everything was fixed and up and running within a timely manner. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We tried to use this business to install a plug for a microwave oven above the stove (and install the microwave), and install plugs and switches throughout the house. They scheduled an afternoon appointment over a week ago and no-showed without a call. Left messages that are still not returned.*******UPDATE*********A person from Aztec Electric responded to this review and indicated that he believed I was in Fort Worth and had not contacted him about electrical work. I can assure everyone here that I had indeed contacted him, and my review stands. I even gave him another opportunity to come back and do the electrical work. I called, he never bothered to call me back, so my review now shows Aztec Electric no-showed me TWICE without so much as a callback BOTH times. Don't bother with this Company. There are plenty of other great electrical contractors who are more than happy to come and earn your business.

When the power went out we heard our generator kick on but no electricity in the house. Joe had installed our Kohler generator and we gave him a call. He was there in 30 minutes, found the problem and the lights and heat came on!Thank you Joe. That is amazing customer service. So happy we chose you and Capital Power Systems.

I went to orientation and it was one of the best I have been to in my Electrical career (8yrs).I have been with about 10 electrical companies.Brian and Luis were great!Great employees Alterman Electric.It is a get down to business kind of environment. Work hard and move up quick. From my perspective. I will definitely work for them if the opportunity comes around again and give my perspective as an actual employee next review

My 16 year old tankless water heater stopped working. Jeremy was assigned to come out and diagnose the issue and suggest courses of action. He was punctual and quickly found the issue in the computer board. He showed me the problem and explained the issues and optional courses of action. He recommended replacing the system since it was 16 years old within the normal end of life for a tankless system. Even after doing my own research on the system, I could only confirm Jeremy's words. An honest technician. I would recommend working with Fox Services & Jeremy.
