I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and expertise that our technician, Tom Greer, provided. He was so thorough, thoughtful and did an excellent job. He worked through his lunchtime and well passed dinner time to finish the installation of 5 faucets when the original service call was only for a kitchen sink drain clean out.
