Trutecelectric sent Bon Lafayette, a licensed electrician working on his Journeyman license to give me a bid on replacement of fan and installing of outdoor outlets. Bon was very explicit about answering all of my questions. He was honest and explained pros and cons of various options. I accepted his quote and his work was equally efficient. He welcomed my continuing questions and explained each step he took. I would recommend this company for all electrical jobs.

Dan did a major overhaul of my panel configuration as well as adding recessed lighting in three rooms. I was very happy with the work, service and cost.

There are several things in life that should not be overlooked in quality, especially when it comes to your home. For me, Electrical is one of those items. The team at Pritchard Electric took their time to ensure the several electrical jobs I wanted to be completed for my home were done safely and effectively. They all had positive attitudes when on the job, and cleaned up their working area when the job was finished. During the projects, there was an unavoidable scheduling conflict that they worked to remedy by rescheduling and prioritizing the job completion. The team was communicative, courteous, and punctual. I'll absolutely be doing business with them again in the future.

Excellent service and Communication

I used Smart Charge America to install my Tesla charging station and it was a great experience. Clay Johnson the electrician showed up early and walked me through the entire process. In an hour and a half he was done. He cleaned up everything including messes left by prior electricians and showed me how to use it. I highly recommend SCA and Clay for your charging needs.

We had a few broken light switches and some plate covers that needed to be replaced. The electrician showed up when he said he would and was able to do the job well. He was nice and professional.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.
