They stand by their work; I had a ceiling fan and two outlets installed outdoors and there was some miscommunication about what I wanted it to look like. They apologized and came out and fixed it immediately, no hassle. It isn't everyday you find a company with integrity that goes the extra mile to do it right, Bryant is one of those companies.

A simple fix in my breaker box turned out to be a much bigger issue with my kitchen's wiring. Hurley fixed the problem within a couple of hours and still kept the original price agreed upon. Great service, and I will definitely be using them again.

They provided very competitive pricing and timely scheduling for both the unit replacement and repair service; showing up at the scheduled time and performing the service as requested. Had to get our water heater replaced and 1st Home was the quickest to respond to. Meet our needs. We had others return our calls the next day or several hours after contact. The 2 servicemen Andre Ross and Larry Baker were excellent. Andrew removed the old tank and had everything ready for Larry when he came to do the installation. He did a superior job on that installation and provided all the information needed to understand what was done and what we needed to do to ensure the warranty was taken care of. Would not hesitate to use 1st Home for future needs

Recommended. They solved a problem I had with the condensing pressure system because it was poorly regulated. I called the company and they attended me super fast, also the customer service is very good and efficient and the diagnosis they give is very complete. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Alton is very professional and is great at communicating to you as a person with any issues or suggestion's that he has. Pam in office is also great and very responsive with scheduling. They were very safe in the house and wore mask and gloves the entire time. Will continue to work with them in the future as they are always on time and do great work at a reasonable price.
