Excellent experience! A breaker started tripping, and after my own troubleshooting, I assumed it was a worn out breaker. The problem turned out to be a mixture of a ceiling fan fixture and flaky LED bulbs. Max was excellent. He was friendly, listened to my info, and did a methodical troubleshooting. He took time to explain what he was doing, and give me specific instructions if I had similar DIY future issues that I chose to do myself. The bill was only for the 1 hour minimum charge + parts, and he was patient to do everything thoroughly. He even called the next day, to ask if everything was still working well. Grayzer is a winner, and Max represents them well.

Needed a few lights and sockets replaced in my kitchen and stairwell. Cole came on Tuesday to look at what needed to be done, provided quotes for each service and options for the more expensive one. I decided to just do everything, called back the same day, and scheduled for the next day. Eddy and Daniel came, knocked everything out in a couple hours, checking with me along the way for when they were replacing a single kitchen fixture with 4 LED cans, making sure I was happy with the placement. They walked me through everything, were fast and professional, and made nice conversation. They made quick work of a small job and I’m glad they were the ones who did it. Will definitely use TruTec if I need more electrical work in the future.

Would never have paid $170/hr. + $35 trip fee if I knew that the “two-installer deal” was a very slow trainee getting onsite training at my expense, basically. The job was very simple - just reconnect a cable to a meter and strap to foundation. When I saw it required an hour just to connect the cable, I ended the job early. Needed only a drill and screwdriver, but he had tool sets strewn across the yard. When I pointed out the job was a lot simpler than they were making it, the lead would reply, ”we got this, let us do our job,” etc. Called to speak to manager twice and never received a call back.

We had the company install landscape lighting which was worked well. There was one problem and they came out immediately and fixed the problem. I would use them again.

Competitive prices and extremely prompt communication. These are both very rare qualities, especially given the current demands on contracted labor. Highly recommended!

There are several things in life that should not be overlooked in quality, especially when it comes to your home. For me, Electrical is one of those items. The team at Pritchard Electric took their time to ensure the several electrical jobs I wanted to be completed for my home were done safely and effectively. They all had positive attitudes when on the job, and cleaned up their working area when the job was finished. During the projects, there was an unavoidable scheduling conflict that they worked to remedy by rescheduling and prioritizing the job completion. The team was communicative, courteous, and punctual. I'll absolutely be doing business with them again in the future.

Called to replace old wiring. Crew came in explained what they would be doing and why. Really appreciated that they took the time to do so. Finished quicker than expected, very professional.

Clearly incompetent, unable to to finish projects on time. Repeated issues of cleanliness, and time management. When installing cam lights and boxes failure to cut only necessary material away. Always leaving more repairs for other trades to do behind them. This includes cabinet damage, drywall damage and water line damage.

RS Electric did a great job. I needed new breakers, surge protector, and ground rod. Friendly and knowledgeable. Clearly explained everything he was going to do. I never felt like I was being upsold. I would highly recommend.

We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

I contacted Bear Electrical and they were able to schedule me for a week out. Shortly after that I received a call and was able to pull the appointment in for the next day. Scott came out and performed the two requests in short order and then was able to install whole home surge protector and a generator outlet outside in the same visit. Scott was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My experience was phenomenal and I cannot recommend them more.
