Chris and Elliot were great. Both were friendly and personable as well as being professional and thorough. They worked hard fixing an awkward problem (a dining room chandelier had pulled out of an 18 foot ceiling!)and went the extra mile making sure things were done well and to our satisfaction. I refuse to use a company when the secretary is rude and dismissive. There are so many great businesses out there. How can you trust one with a rude secretary? It must be run poorly. Fire that lady please.

This company is awesome with their customer service and they are extremely knowledgeable and professionally courteous for their customers. I had a small job that was needed and they didn’t hesitate to take care of it ahead of our major project that is upcoming on our schedule. Irvin and Chris are the best! I highly recommend this company for anyone interested in doing anything electrical for their home or business!

They assisted in repairing an electrical issue with a patio fan. Immediately found the problem and fixed it in less than 25 minutes. They were very helpful. It was pricey for the minor work needed but negotiable. However, all around good work.

The February 2023 ice storm caused my neighbors’ tree to fall on the individual power line to my house. Knowing that the city would not repair that line, I reached out to several electricians seeking help. I sent out emails at midnight and this company responded before I woke up the next morning. They sent Efren to access the damage promptly at 9:00 am. He quickly removed the debris that covered my line and had me fully reconnected long before noon! I couldn’t have expected a better response or service!!

Hayward is excellent and professional and very pleasant. I ask a lot of questions and he provided excellent information.
I would definitely have him come out again for repairs etc.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.

Be very careful with this contractor. He was called out to give us a bid for work on one of our properties. He was onsite for about fifteen minutes and did not do anything but look. He then billed us for work he did and when we refused to pay he threatened us with a lien. If I could give him less than 1 star I would.
