He arrived promptly and thoroughly discussed my project information with me. The same day I received an itemized quote listing all the needed materials for the install and labor cost. It was competative with other quotes. Yet, a little highier. But by less experienced electrician. I had so many questions and concerns about the installation. All my questions were answered. All required information for a permit with my city was completed efficiently by Retiz Electric. The pre-wire, completion for installation and inspection with through without one hiccup! Great Company! Very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Very professional! I had a breaker panel replaced and they did an amazing job! They had to cut out sheetrock because the new panel was bigger than the old breaker panel I had. They left no mess and fit the new panel in as if it was the always there! I will definitely use them again!

It would not be possible to leave Alan and the team at Efficient AC a better review. My water heater went out as a result of the 2021 winter storms. Other plumbers in town either wouldn’t return my call, or simply offered to install a brand new system for $4k without even attempting to diagnose our tankless water heater. Alan was the exact opposite. He came over, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the correct part, and installed it for a total of $350. He was very thorough in his communication. However, what set Alan apart was his dedication to customer service. We had been without hot water for three weeks (with a newborn and a toddler). Alan noticed our difficult situation, and said as soon as the part came in, he would come over to repair the system, after hours if necessary. Sure enough, that’s what he did. This company seems very unprofessional. A friend just bought a house and they were hired for a job, they rescheduled twice on her and didn't even show up on time when they did come, I know this because she is my neighbor and co worker so I offered to help her with the new house. Seems like the lady in charge here has been very rude as well as unprofessional, my friend specified the times she was available as this costed time off of work. When she wote a bad review the company blamed her instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes that were made on their part. A simple apology about timing issues probably could have sufficed but instead she was very rude about it, like I said very unprofessional. My husband & I need work done as well but needless to say we will be going with someone else.

Don Gordon, owner and master electrician, does business the right way. They do excellent work and if there's a problem they stand behind it and make it right. Nice to find good people doing great work in this town when everything's moving so fast it would be easy to cut corners. They don't. Highly recommend.

Came out to install an outlet for a customer I'm doing work for. Left a mess everywhere. Sent out another guy to clean up the mess that was as rude as could be. Said we made the mess when it is clearly the concrete dust from them drilling thru a concrete wall to run wire.
