We were introduced to Klock's many years ago for fan installation in our home, and at the time we didn't know they also performed simple electrical repairs and installation. Since that time, we have tried other electricians for various odd jobs and repairs around the house, but their quality, pricing, and availability were always variable (and often disappointing). Recently, we have required odd jobs and additions in our home due to upgrading, and so we called Klock's to give us reliable service. Their bandwidth is amazing (i.e., they can handle almost any electrical job we need), and as time went on we noticed they are not only reasonably priced compared to other electricians, but very responsive and friendly. They return calls promptly, can often determine our exact needs over the phone, and we don't have to wait several weeks (or a month) for the job to be completed. They are now our go to company for all of our electrical repairs and new installs. They might have a ceiling on what they can do, but we haven’t yet found it! Highly recommended!

We have had flickering lights, brownouts & power surges for the past couple of years. A different electrician came out and assured me all was safe & that these occurrences are just the joys of living in an older home (1956) After continued electrical drama, I reached out to AC Electric on a recommendation. After taking the time to actually listen to my concerns, they felt the issue lay with the utility co. Sure enough, Austin Energy found an issue at the transformer. (broken neutral)AC Electric took the time & care to visit with me multiple times via phone calls & emails, always expressing genuine concern for the safety of ourselves & our home.I must say it is rare these days to experience this level of care, service & professionalism.I'd give em 6 stars if I could. Clearly incompetent, unable to to finish projects on time. Repeated issues of cleanliness, and time management. When installing cam lights and boxes failure to cut only necessary material away. Always leaving more repairs for other trades to do behind them. This includes cabinet damage, drywall damage and water line damage.
