Completely unprofessional. Hired them to install appropriate CAT cable to an upstairs office that would work with our Google Fiber mesh network and increase speeds to the hardwired room. First of all, technician arrived 3 hours LATE with no advance notice. Technician seemed clueless on how to solution my request. Ultimately, his recommended solution was to install a CAT6. It took him almost and hour to come up with the solution. Upon installation, we immediately saw a negative impacted to our network speeds. These guys did a shotty job. Lead technician had a poor attitude and honestly didn't seem educated enough for the job. On top of everything, Dunman marked up the CAT6 conduit ten times the retail price, charged me 4 hours labor x 2 technicians (1 was a trainee) for a job that should have taken <30mins. They charged me $642.20 just for LABOR!! THEN, Dunman Billed my credit card for $1055.50, without authorization, EVEN after I indicated to them (IN WRITING) that I did not agree with their invoice. Overall, a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend you doing business with the dishonest company.

Daniel, the electrician assigned to my job request, was very professional and very knowledgeable of the wiring in “older homes” built in the 50s! His knowledge and expertise is what my family needed! More work needs to be done, so he’s coming back!!Bryant, you have a good worker on board!!

Not impressed with this company. Every time this company was scheduled to come fix my broken Pipe they were late. Each time I’m told a time frame and they arrive 2-3 hours AFTER the time frame. For two nights in a row (because they were late to their original time) I have had men in my home past 10pm on weeknights. At 8:30 I asked how much longer and I was told 1hour with cleanup. It’s 10:30 and they’re still here. At some point they need to say “ma’am we’re going to wrap it for the night we will be back at 8:00 to finish up” this is so unprofessional! I have a son who needs to shower and prepare for school. Their dispatch department is rude and unhelpful. When I called to see the estimated time of arrive I was told “you’re in the schedule, they will get there when they can.” After spending upwards of 5k you would think a courtesy call when come into play. The technicians on the second day said things like “sorry this is taking so long, we’re looking for parts.” They felt unprepared and the dispatch was completely unprofessional. No plastic barriers were placed. There’s dirt and crap everywhere!I would’ve given 1 star but my tech Issac on the first day was great.2/10 would not recommend this company

I was so impressed with the two gentlemen that came and worked on my home today. They troubleshot a problem diligently and resolved all my issues without breaking the bank! I really appreciated how they took the time to explain to me some potential solutions and ensured I understood what the issues were! I'd only use them moving forward.

We had an electrical emergency and as a food truck that can literally destroy a weekend of service and be very costly. The service we got from ATX Electrical was beyond our expectations! They came out within the hour and got us repaired and back in business before service started, saving our day and a catering event, and our electrician even came back a few hours into our service just to make sure things were still on. 5 stars because they won’t let us give them more than that!

A few weeks ago my air conditioner stopped working. I've never had a problem like this before, so I googled companies that do this. The truth I was a little suspicious, because I usually leave this kind of problems in the hands of my friends. I found this company called Turbo, and I couldn't be more grateful. I scheduled a visit, and they came immediately. They cleaned the filters and removed the gunk that might be causing the damage. Now my air works in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.
